I took a couple of weeks off of dieting and exercise. I know that it was a poor choice, but I was overwhelmed at work and home. i returned to a healthier life style on Monday. I will be walking at lunch even though I have a long work day (10 hours). I will have a healthy lunch and breakfast. I have no idea what will be for dinner as I will be working at the church food pantry and we are supposed to get food sent in while we are there. I will try to keep it healthy and use good portion control whatever it is.
