Yep, I definitely need to try wood-fired chanterelles 😋 they look amazing!

@Nutricali: Wood-fired is particularly good for big chanterelles that have a higher water content. I griil over wood without fat & salt until they release water and add salt and baste with butter. Crispy edges are delish as long as they dont catch on fire. We've had porcini this way at restaurant and they were spectacular. Enjoy😋
