I couldn't run a lot today because I have a new watch to measure my workouts and there was a bit of a problem with it.
But I just wanted to journal a bit so I can state what I'm doing atm.

I'm back taking supplements. I never stopped having protein shakes but right now I'm having two protein shakes a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

I'm also back taking iron. For now I've been taking one a day for about two weeks (I have thalassemia) but it's making it hard on my digestion so I started adding psyllium husk powder to my protein shake yesterday. I only had it once yesterday at night and I had it again just this morning but I don't know yet if I'm gonna add it to both shakes or just one.

I add about 3 grams per shake, which is not much, it contains about 2.1 grams of fibre and just 7.5 kcal. I've been low on fibre since I started lowering my carb intake and also my fruit intake (just one portion a day to keep sugar down).

So besides the protein shakes, iron and fibre, I also need to take folic acid (due to the thalassemia) and vitamin d (due to being super duper pale and living in a cloudy country). Add the hormonal birth control I take due to some homonal problems and you've got a test subject created in a lab.

My mom says I eat like an astronaut.
She's maybe right.
