I'm a bit baffled by this number. I'm confident that my scale works properly. The only thing that I can figure is that a couple of recent occurrences/changes have caused this. I've recently had cheat days and have chosen to start induction again. Maybe that kick started my metabolism. I've almost doubled my water. Maybe that is clearing out some water weight. I now make sure to eat every 4 hours, chosing to eat 5 small meals rather than 3 large ones. Maybe that is boosting my metabolism. I'm not complaining, just anxious to see what happens tomorrow.

Typically, when I've had big numbers like these for a few days I'll stall out for about a week. Again, not complaining. It's just that this pattern kinda plays with my head.
