I was just making lunch , myself some low calorie bread salad sandwich . My husband a M and S olive ciabatta with beef and salad. I was very envious . I checked out the difference in the breads , my goodness just 60 calories in the bread . So I had the ciabatta , it was lovely . My learning never say I can’t have , just have in moderation . I gave up my flat white coffee for the treat. Lunch was fabulous
