Woke up to a light dusting of snow all around me - first for the season (picture postcard pretty!). A very cold but sunny day - the vitamin D makes me feel wonderful - sunshine must be the greatest gift to humankind. I just love what it does to my psyche. My weight is 214 again today. Good with me because I am still eating on plan and letting my body do what it needs to do over time. Of course, busy day of readiness for my trip but still have to take the kids to piano lessons and get my last minute pre-trip housework done (what's the point I ask myself? The house is going to look like a bomb hit it when I am back in two weeks. But... old habits die hard). I am planning to make myself an Angus Steak tonight - simple and deliciously low carb! Oops .. must run, I just heard the dryer beep to let me know that duty calls!
