Rain is coming I can feel it in my bones, seriously! And since we are headed into winter weather it's that time of the year again, that's right soup time! I love soup. We usually eat a light dinner so now to bust out the cookbooks and pots and stir up some yum! The thing I love about making soup from scratch is you can keep it low cal/low fat/ low sodium.
