4 am: I didn't feel like I could possibly do HIIT this morning before gym but kinda wanted to try. warmed up on bike for a full 15 mins then jumprope 30 secs, abs, 10# then jumprope 45 secs, abs, 10x. Felt great, hernia felt okay. I could feel it but it wasn't uncomfortable. Now I feel great and ready to lift some heavy weights. I think I will concentrate on leg ext, hamstring curl, leg press, and hip thrusters today. More abs, some upperbody. It's going to be a great day. looks like the rain is going to stop and I will be able to walk also. looking forward to eggs for bf and salad and walnuts for lunch. im thankful for a good visit yesterday, for no one being upset with me, and for m having sat off so we can go to lacocina.

7 am - felt great at the gym. eggs were delicious. don't feel like working but im going to soon. work until 830 then take a nice easy walk. cant decide about lunch. I sorta feel like my salad isn't going to be enough but I have a big dinner planned so I will stick to the plan.
