was so hungover today, when i got in the only thing left in the food cupboard was a tin of corned beef, some eggs and rocket! in my drunk state i just ate the corned beef out of the tin with the munchies! coulda been worse, couldve binged in mcdonalds or the kebab house! ha. Kept the carbs lower today, but couldnt help snacking on brazil nuts LOVE THEM! ate more calories than i usually would, but sometimes you just need it! actually had alot more energy today!
