Ohhhh! Turkish delight! I'd call that candy! 😁 We have a tiny candy factory in Washington state that makes a candy they call aplets and cotlets. From what I understand, it is basically a Turkish delight candy made wirh either apple juice or apricot juice with nuts. It is soooo good. Now it has changed and they make all kinds... combinations of nuts and fruit and even cover some with chocolate, but I most like the original best of all.

When we travel to see friends on Europe, we always take the candies as a gift, since they are a Washington state tradition! I wish you could try them, but I suspect you have beautiful and better Turkish delight there!
