Everything is throbbing. Don't know whether to ice or heat. It's already pretty cold outside. Oh, not as bad as I thought, 27 degrees. The white stuff has gotten many of us in the holiday spirit. Now I wish sometimes that I lived in Africa for Christmas. It wouldn't hurt as bad:( God won't put more on me than I can bear. He will help me through wantever comes my way. Typing is very very slow. Walking...ha, ha, ha:) Guess I'll stay in front of the fire doing the exercises my doctor gave me until I can see the physical therapist. That is if I can move. Maybe stretching is all that I will get into today. I can't just sit here like a lump on a log. I was very good last night at the party. Didn't vary to much from the norm in my eating. Anyone have any suggestions on how to eat lowcarb and not be active. I want to walk in the park, go iceskating, go to the zoo. Maybe, I'll have to go sit on Santa's lap :):):) Take care today ya'll.
