It's been a hellish few days with absolutely no structure because I moved and had to do everything by myself. I hope that's over. My new building has a pool and a gym and also my apartment is way bigger and I think I'll be able to do yoga now.
Alongside that, my health's been super demanding, my boss is really understanding but I feel like I'm failing him and my team, and I have started studying (actually, reading for my next semester which starts in 30 days) so that's another thing I have to juggle.
I must say that's why I haven't been tracking properly the last three days but I have been trying to be as conscious as I can with my meal choices although many times I've had to get delivery because well... I was in the middle of moving and I didn't really have food available.
