It's Finals Week. And we're moving our office. So between frantically studying, working on papers, taking exams, packing my entire work life and otherwise trying to keep shit together (mentally, physically and LITERALLY in the case of my files and such!) I have had little time to cook healthily, to eat right, and to exercise. I've only been to the gym twice this week... as opposed to the 5-6 times a week I've been averaging. That plus Thanksgiving last week, plus the current stress and frenzy means a 2 pound regain... grr.

Still, after the semester ends and we're in the new office (by next Wednesday... only a few days left!!) I'll be back on the wagon with eating better and exercising and the numbers should resume a downward trend. *crosses fingers*
