WOW! I’ve been researching on my issue of being tired, and with much thinking over the new information I believe it has to do with my fluctuation or hormones on a monthly basis.😫 Also most of my life I’ve been a little anemic so I decided to take an iron supplement once a day with my vitamin c that I was already taking, and that has helped quite a bit. This maybe TMI but since I was a teen I’ve struggled with ovarian cysts, and knowing what I do now about a better diet to either make them less noticeable or completely eliminate them I’ve moved forward with trying to stay on such a “diet”. The diet that’s recommended is little to no refined carbs and load up on fiber rich food. Also drink green tea, and chamomile tea to help with inflammation. I’ve been doing said diet since Sunday and this is the results thus far, I think it’s mostly water weight because I don’t look or feel as bloated.

I do have to say I fill up and stay full for most of the day but come towards the evening meal I’m so hungry. On here I’ve decreased my calories because with cooler weather I sit under a blanket a little more for warmth but maybe 1600 calories is to low. 😕
