Okay, I am feeding my anxiety but the chicken and broccoli casserole I made was good. I should have stopped with one serving. I am still waiting to hear some news I have been seeking and with the Veteran's holiday upon us - I will be awaiting through next week. I need to run to the gym before midnight to work this stress off. This is a very unhappy birthday.
