And I'm down to 218.6...only difference is I ate out the day before and at home yesterday. Eating out doesn't seem to work for me anymore (guess it is the hidden sugars, etc). I have not worked out in two days...planning on jogging the bridge today :)

Tomorrow is the lowcountry hoedown...BBQ and all the fixins along with bourbon and moonshine. I've got a feeling i"m not going to like the scale on Sunday morning...I plan on trying a bite of mac and cheese and a bite of shrimp and grits (I'm not supposed to be having carbs/grains). But I'm going to have a good workout tomorrow and Sunday and should be back to where I need to be by Mon or Tues.

I didn't think I would make my ten pound goal by T Day, but it is looking like I might make it to (215) or at least very close :)

The picture was made this past May at the tiger temple in Thailand. And I will try not to worry too much about what I'm eating and just enjoy myself. One day of eating some carbs isn't going to kill me. I have been very good the last month and half...I think I can splurge a bit...but weighing myself on Sunday is scary....my body isn't used to what I will be feeding it...So I think I may just skip weighing myself on Sunday and try it on Monday. I think it will be best for me...I know there will be a fluctuation in the scale so what's the point? I'll give myself a day to let it calm down and see what it has to say Mon :)

Dude you know how I freak when the scale goes up half a pound and I'm over here eating less than 500 cals a day going WTH (actually more like WTF). It is much better now that I'm eating more cals and different foods and I realize the scale is going to move some. Makes me feel better looking at my inches...as long as they keep going down I"m happy (right Yo?)
