Its hard to keep active and eat healthy at uni, especially after a night out, the next day (when hungover :P) its always tempting to eat something carb loaded or greasy. Ill tend to eat a kebab...but i always think, it takes more than one meal to loose weight, hence it takes more than one kebab to gain weight, a few pounds gained, is usually just water weight from the high salt contents. A cheeky evening run, can fix anything! STAYING MOTIVATED AND POSITIVE!
