Hey FSF! So, I think I might start leaning towards an Atkins-ish diet as opposed to Keto for a while. I have been having pretty consistent muscle cramps, belly pain, and bloating/gas, not to mention the 6 or 7 week plateau. Plus I have been craving some veggies and I can have a little more with a less strict diet. Tomorrow I will start tracking again. Let's see what happens.

Weight watcher leaders used to say (and likely still do), we didnt' get where we are at our current weight by eating too many vegetables.

Sometimes it's the veggies causing the bloating. Muscle cramps due to not enough magnesium and or potassium?? Coyld be electrolyte imbalance.

I have done keto successfully but found it hard to maintain. Calories consumed vs: calories burned is working. Like you, I missed the veggies and fruits so now I can eat them as long as I am within my calorie window.

I've lost almost 70 lbs on Keto and I'm unable to exercise at all but, for a short walk. Potassium n magnesium suppliments are a must along with 1-1 1/2 gal of water daily. Get a mug with a straw. I find it easier to drink all of this water this way. When it comes to veg's. They are not all created equal. Potatoes and grains look like spoons of sugar to our liver and pancreas. Choose different vegg's. Cabbage family vegg's are fair game for keto
