I am struggling to reduce my sugar craving. Just deciding not to buy more juice has me contemplating chugging down what is in the refrigerator now as some sort of last supper type deal with myself. As a self-diagnosed food addict I know drinking all that sugar right now will not make me crave it any less later today.
