Well, I realized to late today that I was doing some emotional eating. Darn it! Just when I think things are going okay with my Mom, she strikes. I feel that I did better this time and I only had one panic attack. What I really wish is that my Mother would be well, sigh. I can only control myself and must remember that the next time it happens and not put food into my mouth.
