I would add red wine to the above and maybe some pearl barley.if the meat is cut up... makes for a NICE soup.

or you can cut it up for fajitas.... just just it across the grain or it will be way too chewy.

Cindy, the meat has none, and I simply measure out the veggies and add them to my food diary. And I am trying, but I would really loove to see a drop.....looks like I will just have to practice that perseverance and patience that I have been posting about, huh? Barbie, we can't have barley on Atkins, too many carbs, but that does sound good! And we can't have fajitas....well, we can without the wraps, but it's just not the same! lol
