Down half a stone in just over two weeks. This is amazing for me, I’ve not moved from the 10stone mark since childbirth over 4 years ago! My goal is 9 stone by Halloween, and if I feel fit and healthy enough push for 8 stone (pre baby weight) for Christmas.
