I think I have logged everything I ate today but it's possible that I have forgotten one or two items because I had to write some of it from memory... Today I skipped weight training again but this time I have a legitimate excuse. Back pain. I'm thinking of starting to swim 2 or 3 times a week until my back get better. I've had back pain from an early time in my life though sometimes it's almost nonexistent. But with a recent weight training session and a short 5 minute run on the same day, in fact, just an hour after, my back really took a blow. I'm going to have to treat it kindly now lol... Swimming is really great because I can work my upper body, especially my shoulders while strengthening my back and alleviate the pain which is perfect. I'm going to continue ("resume" is more like it) indoor cycling on non swimming days, of course, since it doesn't affect my back.
