Heading out to Germany tomorrow. Diet has been followed and feel strong and healthy. Had a rest from the gym and swimming. Exercises include intense sessions at home about 10 minutes each - callisthenics mostly. some work in the garden intense also got the heart pounding when using the mattock. Plenty of seeds planted for vegetables and fruits, just hope for enough rain whilst I'm away. watched some YouTube on exercise strategies, artificial sweaters especially (Aspartame). Lots of opinions on this sweetener and possible health detrimental effects inside the cells, aldehyde, methanol … read several of and against inclusion of Aspartame in food.
