I did exercise everyday, low impact and low weight lifting. I kept calories under 1000, mostly under 800. No grains except oatmeal. Was hoping for more of a difference but am happy with the 2 lbs. Halloween is close by and I will be giving candy out. And lots of family birthdays, Thanksgiving and Christmas coming up. Historically BAD time of year for me and losing weight. Being fat is hard...Dieting is hard...PICK your hard!
