I am a mum of 4 as well as a Student Nurse who is due to qualify in 2021 and I am also turning 50 in January 2021, so I have things to motivate me on my journey.
I want to be fab at 50 instead of fat at 50 and I want to look fantastic in my graduation 👩🏼🎓 photos.
To achieve my goals I am dieting using Exante products on the VLCD of 800 calories a day plan. This involves 3 meal replacements products and a 200 calorie, 10g carbs meal.
I am really happy to see that everyone on here is supportive of each other, it makes a huge difference to the journey. Good luck everyone 💜
