While the whole concept of eating “cold” noodle soup would be weird and unfamiliar to most Americans, eating 평양냉면 (Pyung-yang nengmyun : North Korean style cold noodle) was one of my favorite things to do in summer. So glad I tried & succeeded to make it!

Oooohhhhhhh! Japanese soba noodles, pork, slices of cucumber and daikon radish topped with a soft runny egg? Am I close? I love how you went extra on the pork🍜🥡 Deeeeeeeeliscious 😍

Big boned but toned : Nice job! You were very close. Actually it is flat brisket and a hard-boiled egg though😉. Nobody actually cooks this cold noodle soup in Korea—they just eat out, so all of my friends said I am crazy. Lol. Well, in my defense, I had zero option but making it since I’m in U.S.!

Darn! Oh well. I second guessed myself on the meat. Yeah, I try making cold noodle soup at home all the time, but I know I'm not getting the broth right. I love cooking Korean food. Well, I hope you post more pics of your Korean dishes! 🍙🍠🍣😃
