Just Oct 18, 2013 read on the MSN site about Wheat. It says even whole wheat products (spaghetti, bread, etc) are not good for you. Not only can the wheat lead to diseases but to overeating. It goes on and on about the other health risks associated with it. I have read something to this effect before. Okay... I'll cut out my morning whole wheat pancake or toast with when I eat an egg, which is the only wheat items I have been eating for a at least a couple of months.

Also, I read somewhere to keep carbs under 100 a day. According to my Diet Calendar I have been doing that,I'll just really pay attention to it now. I try to get at least 35 grams of protein a day and at least 11.5 grams of fiber a day. Again, something I read. My doctor was cavalier about the whole weight thing "need to lose weight" like I didn't already know that!!
