Quick question for everyone;

How many calories do you all consume per day? Just want to know what is healthy/recommended. Think I might be going a bit low recently as I’m doing much less exercise

On 2400 per day One meal a day low carb high fat. Lost 9 kilos in 6 weeks and have never felt hungry.

I have been following Michael Mosley's Fast800 for 5 days now and sometimes go a little over. It was difficult the first couple of days and I was hungry but my appetite has diminished. Eating healthy though!

Thank you for asking this question, it’s so great to read everyone’s replies! l was eating 1200 a day and losing 2lb a week, then I plateaued and had to increase. At the moment I eat 1500, on exercise days I eat more. I’m still figuring out what works best for me 😅

It seems the healthier the meals the less calories it is my lightest meal is porridge at 285 calories but over half of that is milk and do you know the strange.thing in the 26 months I’ve been dieting I have only had salad once because it has not enough calories and I would need too eat again Even though I love salad it doesn’t suit me at the moment

I don't count at the moment, but I suspect it's around 1800 as my wight is fairly stable
