I notice that I have been planning my meals with dessert not in the picture. So when I have any treat, it goes agsinst my calorie plans I made. I think I will create a "dessert buffer" of 150-300cal now though, just in case I would like to have a treat.

I guess it's better to have it and not use it (less calories) than to not have it and want a treat (excess calories).
