This has been the week from hell.. and its not over. my diet has been all over the place... haven't kept up with my water. not been eating much.. stuff i eat isn't so great. only got one jog in this week.

don't see me eating today..until my husband forces me to later.

Will i even weigh in tomorrow? yeah probably. Time for changes in my life that are beyond the scale however.

It seems like a lot of people are having a hellish week at work. Hopefully things get better in time for the holidays. I have been having trouble remembering to get my water in but I know I need it to flush out the sodium from my frozen foods lol. Have you ever visited bodybuilding.com? They have some many amazing members on there that I just go through their profiles and always feel inspired afterwards... Hope you feel better!

Stay strong and keep your head up--just try to make next week better for yourself :) If you add water into you food journal, that might be able to help you keep up Good luck, and try to enjoy the rest of your week at work!

I'm normally really good with water... just have had things in my mind that have taken me out of this .... i've forced food in the last couple days. today will be along with them.
