I have had such a rubbish week (work, family, you name it, it has been PANTS) and so I am really struggling. I am usually the strong one helping everyone else but I seem to have just run out of coping strategies and feel rotten.
I have only got a week to go before I go on holiday and should be feeling on top of the world but don’t 
I think the diet (which isn’t going to plan at all) has to be put on hold and when I get back at the beginning of November maybe I can get back on track. I just hope I can come back all motivated and get my act together. I am feeling fed up and really disappointed in myself
Sorry for the whinge (not like me at all)but I feel a very unhappy Jane :-( 

How about trying to stick to the diet one meal at a time - then it won't seem so overwhelming. Get your case out, start thinking about what clothes you are going to take, think about relaxing on holiday . . . . . you can do it you know! We all know you can!
