Second wicked Wednesday almost done. My goal was 500 calories, I ate 600. I had two half hour walks. It was a struggle around 4 pm but I got busy and the rest of the day was not too bad. Keeping to my daily push up and ab work challenges. The sets are getting harder to complete. I have to break them up a bit but getting all the reps done.
