Felt run down, but made it through. Not really hungry. Finding things that aren't on the diet list of phase two that i was sure that would be ok. Egg whites? nada. Salmon? Nope Lean pork chops? Nope. well for 28 days i can stick to anything. It means 3 weekends of not going out to dinner or going out with friends drinking. That won't be fun. But i can do it.

You actually can have one egg+ 2 egg whites as one of your proteins. No salmon is a total bummer but you can have swordfish (if your budget allows.... that stuff's EXPENSIVE!). One of my fave meals was ground turkey burgers wrapped in romaine or iceberg lettuce leaves with ketchup, mustard, and some onion. Like a burger... kind of. If you DO go out with buddies, try Ruby Tuesdays if they have one near you. They have 2 hCG friendly menu items and were always willing to keep oil out of my food prep. Chilis screwed it up beyond recognition, but Ruby Tuesdays was really REALLY good!!
