Loved the scale this morning! 32 pounds gone!!! I am nearing the 1/2 way point! I look forward to seeing the 160's soon. I have 9 days before I leave to work 3 weeks in Austin. I will have to work hard to stay on program and keep up the exercise. The first week may be the hardest, as my hubby is going to take a week of vacation and enjoy Austin. I know he is going to want to go out to eat. I plan to cook most of my meals in my hotel room when I am by myself and spend time shopping and using the gym in the evenings. I look forward to cooking veggies for myself that the rest of my family would never eat. I hope to continue to lose 2 - 3 pounds each week while I am on this extended trip.
