Another rough day...tomorrow is my weigh in to see how I did for the week...I know I've lost about 7lbs....not bad..if I can continue at this pace then I will be down 25-28lbs at the end of this horrible diet. I"m going to tell you guys right now, not only does this DIET suck ass because of the limit of calories/foods (500 and not much choice)...it doesn't allow you to exercise like a normal person I am still recovering from my bridge walk on Sun...today I felt like I was hit by a mack truck...I'm weak and angry...this diet is stupid. Maybe it works for those who hate or just can't exercise at the moment, but for normal folks...yeah it sucks. I can't be the active person I want to be...I just don't have the energy. The HCG isn't helping in that...But I"m not a quitter and am going to try to make it through my 30 days...I've only got 24 left...if I can't make 30, I will do 21...three weeks isn't bad. I"m just worried about losing additional weight once I"m done with this diet...I have a feeling I will be stalled for a couple of months. Sigh...if I would've just stuck to what I know then I would be losing about 12lbs a month and still be healthy and eating some foods I enjoy. UCK!!
