I used rump steak chopped it up fried it with onion added some spice and soya sauce then added the broccoli and brussel sprouts....hope that sounds simple enough....the kids and hubby really enjoyed it and I thought thry wouldnt😊

Hey Michelleloreti, how often do you do your prolonged fasting. I did 39hours this week and had a good drop, I'm just curious?

I do one most weeks, but will be changing it up next week fasting 24 hours every other day. I think changing up a pattern keeps it interesting and the body doesn't get stuck in the same old pattern. On my second day fasting now, after breakfast my hubby will join till Saterday morning. I never thought that he would be able to but I think the bug has bitten him.
