Sometimes you just gotta do something that scares the sh!t outa you. Its good for the soul, mind and body ususally! In my experience i've only regretted things Ive not done...and ive surprised myself in what i can accomplish when I just get down and do it. SO 50k on a bike ....why not? its not a race, i can do it and i will feel like a super star when im done! get out there and do something big!
