171.8 baby!!!!! I was beginning to think my body was stuck at 172, so I'm absolutely thrilled with 171.8!! Yeah, I know it's only .2 difference, but seeing that 1 at the end makes a big difference psychologically. WHile nursing my son I was stuck between 170-175 and couldn't beat it until months after I quit nursing, and I thought maybe the same thing was happening again.
I've discovered my biggest dieting fail is snacking! I've been really working on that this week, and I guess it showed. No more mindless mouthfuls of swedish fish for me.
