I don’t like cooking. That’s why I do meal prep. This is my lunch and dinner this week. It’s the same: salad, chicken, 2 brussel sprouts and pearled barley or whole wheat noodles. 😂 Approx. 400 calories. 👌💪

same here. I hate cooking so every Friday I buy loads of different veggies and chip and roast the. it yields enough for a while week. I then pair it with tofu or being burger, beyond crumbles or beyond sausage.
