Still not exercising but taking some baby steps walking around the stores and the mall. My hip, back and legs are unforgiving of walking. I probably should try the stationary bike that is collecting dust in my family room.
I have been reviewing my food intake, and I think I might be having way too many carbs - I need to research that.
I have also recognized that stress makes me want to eat. I need to continue to keep that in check.
