i start my diet on 1st September 2013 with weight 74kg. And on 2nd week i was started apple diet which is my menu based on Apple.. 3 days i try this diet plan and after a week i loss 600gm..breakfast apple, lunch apple, and dinner also apple..no rice at all..but should take more water..its awesome..you guys must try this plan.
the 3rd week i also eat apple but not to much apples per day,30 minutes before my meal. i also take almost 2 litter of white water and keep exercise every evening.. But on this week i only loss 200gm..
i hope this week i will loss more fat compared to before.. my target is 59kg.. i dont mind if its take too long time.. i still get healthy when i try all of this way..
