Tough week. Transitioning to a new product line at work so tons more meetings than normal and brain was tired every day.

Didn’t fast even once. Tried to but always got too hungry with like 3 hrs to go.

Are relatively well. But exercise was awful. Got in my 10K steps only 1x. Didn’t even workout 5 days. Just so much going on with errands .. or was too tired.

So here’s to having a better week and hoping I can stick a bit better to the plan I’m shooting for.
