I have been doing Atkins now for 4 weeks and have lost a total of 10.8 lbs.
I feel great about the speedy weight loss and have since started to walk 3 miles a day as a form of exercise!
I only have one problem!
I can no longer stomach meat of any kind as it makes me feel sick! I am living on fish and veg. Not very varied and I can see quite soon that I will end up off fish too. What can I do about this? Has anyone else been through this as well?
I have noticed though, on the plus side of me not eating meat!, I dont need to eat a lot to feel full!
I have a low carb breakfast bar in the morning, a couple of folk fulls ( about 4) of tuna for lunch and some sort of fish in sauce for tea. I feel stuffed before tea time on very little which is not very like me at all! I see this as a bonus! Afterall. it can only aid my weightloss!

my doctor said my weight loss slowed as i wasn't eating enough! her suggestion was to add a little snack morning and afternoon, say a few nuts/seeds for morning tea or cut up a low carb protein bar into small bits and nibble a little through the day it should be fine. You are eating so much less than usual you will have to be losing inches or pounds.
