OK,I hate the peak! I tried to do it my way...didn't work. Actually, i knew I was tempting fate, but I also let all the compliments and feeling I looked good go to my head. I do look good. I'm wearing clothes I haven't had on in a long time...all good stuff. But I could lose it all so easily, and there's a part of me that has to wonder why I lost focus. I was 2/3 of the way "there". I need to finish what I started. If I lost 30 lbs., I can do the final 15. So starting tomorrow, it's back to basics. I will track my meals, prepare, and drink more water. Paula is my inspiration. We started Boot Camp together, and I'm so proud of her accomplishment. In a way, I feel I've let myself and Kimm down. I went back to my old habits and that goes against everything Kimm tried to teach us. I will do better. I will reach my original goal by February, which will be 1 year from the time I started. Slow, steady and live the lessons learned!

You can do it! Every one falls off the wagon now and again, don't beat yourself up, the important thing is that your back on track now :)

Our bodies are so connected to our minds, our hormones to our digestive systems...addictions are not an easy road to overcome. Strip down your eating back to a clean induction and get rid of the 'cravings' and 'desires' for things...and back to being satisfied with healthy fats, proteins, and veggie carbs. Get your water back up on a daily basis and start tracking your food daily. (I know...it's work - but it's worth it!) I'm here for you!!! Glad to have you back! (p.s. Kimm would never be disappointed in you - you're not a quitter!)

I am right there with ya, hopefully we can all keep each other on track. I think I may need to go back to clean induction as well, no nuts, maybe try and cut out the mim's (I will have to see how that goes) I have increased my veggies and tried to do net carbs, (including trying some new recipes with spaghetti squash and sauce and a couple of other things), but that only lead to me gaining 2 lbs back, unless it is water weight, I don't know, but I can already see that I can't even maintain doing that. Carb resistance is such a huge bummer. But to stay healthy you have to do what ya have to do, and it still is worth it.
