Not been on for a long time, moved house twice and had a break up but all is good now-lost quite a bit of weight during lockdown but that was down to a change in diet and cutting out junk food except for the odd treat on a Saturday night...
Been to the gym 5 times in 6 days and safe to say I’m definitely feeling it as I’d not been since last November due to having tennis elbow but it’s absolutely fine and looking forward to seeing some results over the coming months 😁
Hope everyone is staying as safe as they can
