The scale is slowly moving in the right direction. I was excited to see 175.8 on the scale today. This is 27.2 pounds gone since 7/8/13. I feel better and I am starting to see positive body changes. I can actually see some changes in my stomach. No six pack abs, but I can visibly see changes. My fat clothes no longer fit, but I am still a long way from fitting into my 4s and 6s. I wore size 10 pants to work on Monday and they were not snug!
