82 hour fast starts again tonight. I did discover that I need to end a little later in the evening with a fattier food to feel full before bed. (Normal night ends at 8 and starts at 12 but not for longer fasting periods) I was a little low on calories anyway. I'm hoping I can last longer than 82 hours but we'll see. This time I'm hoping that adding in what Dr. Fung allows lets me go longer. Although not a 100% water fast it will still allow autophagy (and weight loss) to continue.
