Ok Ok enough weakness. I am a strong woman capable of losing this weight that is keeping me from being who I want to be. I want to be able to go shopping and have fun doing it because the clothes actually fit me and look the way that I want them to. I want to be healthy and watch my kids and someday grandkids grow up and be an active part of there lives. Enough is enough and I'm sick of making excuses its just food, and the first bite tastes just as good as the last and I don't need to eat until I bust. Hopefully putting this down in words will help me remember that I can do this and I will. For eating so crappy and not exercising for the last two or three weeks, I know I should be happy with no gain even though there was no loss.
