It’s been 2 wks now that I’ve been capturing my intake, trying to drink 64 oz of water, trying the 16:8 a few times a week, and trying to hit 10K steps/day.
RESULTS? Not sure if I lost a few pounds - weight fluctuates so much standing on the scale and time of day, etc. Maybe 2-3 lbs. And today a friends said my skin looked amazing - asked what I’d been doing. I said I just washed my face and put lotion on. She kept saying how smooth and flows my skin looked. Didn’t think about it then, but during my walk I realized that it may be the work of the 64oz/day of water!!!! YAY!
